DC Digital Mini Reviews March 15th - 19th (Challenge of the Super Sons #8, The Next Batman: Second Son #4, Sensational Wonder Woman #11, Truth & Justice #11)

This week we had the return of Super Sons, another issue of The Next Batman: Second Son, start of a new story in Sensational Wonder Woman and a little scary second part of Jason Todd's story in Truth & Justice. DC also released a new issue of free digital magazine DC Connect where we learned that all already released chapters of anthology Represent! will be printed in 80-page long Issue 1, so there is a chance that this unique anthology will continue.

Challenge of the Super Sons #8 (9/10)

Super sons are back after a few weeks break. And they are good as always. Jon is still wordsy and Damian is still kind of brat. Trey are super duo.
At the end of the last issue, Super Sons finds out that next on Doom Scroll, which indicates which member of Justice League is going to day, is Cyborg. Chapter seems to be started with a recap by Jon as in the few last chapters, but it´s interrupted by Damian his way. Cyborg was killing by the world's first supercomputer. There is also horse in this issue. And if you want to know more about villain, you have to go back to the middle of New 52 years.
Max Rayner changed his style a little to fit Cyborg's issue. And also the new graphic is amazing. Bubbles are a bit squared and modern, red, blue, white and green.
And next week we have Aquaman.

The Next Batman: Second Son #4 (8/10)

Also a new chapter of Timś Fox origin has some contents related to New 52, to the things which happened in Batwing. Fox family realised that Tam was poisoned by toxin for years. Nobody is ok with that. And thatś cause of some changes.
GCPD is revived as an anti-superhero unit. Officers are becoming detectives, but crime is hiding under their noses.
Story progress is still very slow. But after these changes, some welcomed action can be in the next chapter.

Sensational Wonder Woman #11 (8.5/10)

Beginning of a new two-parter. We are jumping right into action. Artemis is taking British parliament bz arms and Diana is stopping that. She finds out soon that these Amayons are under influence of intergalactic conqueror Queen Bee, recently known as H.I.V.E. Queen. And she is going straight to her castle.
Sina Grace is writing the issue in a very fresh way, with good action and short dialogues. Veteran Paul Pelletier is joining with detailed and colorful art.

Truth & Justice #11 (9/10)

At the beginning of this middle part of Regd Hood´s story, Jason is waking up in the coffin. His encounter with Scarecrow put some fear toxin to his body and hallucinations began. He met Nightwing and a few other members of Batman´s family. And all the traumas and bad feelings come from the deep.
Rob Guillory´s cartoony art is very good for these nightmares.
